With growth in technology and the increased demands from the users the need for building more and more commercial complexes is increasing. Production needs leads to the need for more and more helping hand or the manpower, machinery, and other things. For all this, it is required to have physical building of an organization that can hold them all.

But, one needs to be mindful in building the building so as not to invite any type of negative energy. One need to follow all the Vastu related rules and regulations in order to keep positive energy all around the building which and that way the business can thrive.

Here are a few of the major things that need to be followed while building a commercial establishment:

• The construction must be done in the South or the West side of the plot meant for building the business establishments.
• Electrical equipments like generators must be kept in the Southeast corner of the building according to Vastu.
• Vastu teaches that the staircase of the building should be built in the Southwest direction and such that one has to climb in clockwise direction.
• The underground tanks and the bore-wells must be in the Northeast direction.
• Overhead tanks must be built in the Southeast direction.
• Lush lawns and green trees should be grown in the West and South while the plants with delicate plants must be grown in the East or the Northern side.
• It would be great if you can construct a small temple in the Northeast side of the building. You can build entrance gate from all the four sides of the building but care should be taken that the entrance gate should not be in front of any shop or complex.
• Building's toilet should be constructed only in the Western or the Northwest corner but should never be constructed in the Northeast direction.
• The land where the building has been built should have slope towards East or North.
• More of the windows should be in the East or the North walls in comparison to West or South walls.

Building's shape should always be made regular.

20. When you are having you meal, the plate must face the South-East direction.

21. Any depiction of picture should not be place in the place where or work.

22. Particularly, the North-East of any room should be kept clean and clutter free.

23. Try keeping the electrical appliances or heat appliances in the South-East corner of the room.

24. Puja room, kitchen and toilet, should not be constructed adjacent to each other.

25. Kitchen should not directly face the main entrance of the house.

26. Avoid keeping broken mirrors, electrical gadgets or watches in your home.

27. Wash basins, Sink, taps and mirrors must be built in the North East corner of the home.

28. It is advantageous, if the safe opens up in the East or North direction and that calculates that ir should built in the East or North direction.

29. Make sure that, there isn't any garbage or boulders in front of the main gate of house or office.

30. One should take care of the fact that there are more windows and doors on the ground floor than on the upper floors.
