Vastu for Office

• According to Vastu, the office building must be built in such a way that it faces the Eastern direction.
• One must try to avoid choosing an irregular shape of the building while rectangular or the square shapes are the best.
• One should try to choose the Northeaster direction of the office for placement of any type of water source.
• The office should be built in such a way that while dealing with the clientele, the owner of the business faces in the North direction.
• As per the rules of the Vastu one should choose only the Eastern or the Northern side of the office for building the staff room or the room for sitting place of the executives.
• The managerial level staffs in the office must be seated in the Western or the Southern direction in such a way that they face the Eastern or the Northern direction in the office.
• Vaastu says that the North-eastern portion of the office must be left empty with a water resource built in the direction.
• One should choose only the North-western or the Western direction for building toilets while the South-eastern, North-eastern or the Eastern direction side should be avoided when it comes to construction of the toilet.
• Pantry must be built in the Southeast direction of the building in which the office is located.
• Choose only the Southwest or the Western direction for the construction of the staircase. And, building the staircase in the middle must be avoided!
• Choose the North-eastern direction for building the reception in the office.
• If there is provision for building a temple in the office chooses the North-eastern direction for building temple.
• Never do the construction and the sitting arrangement in such a way that the employees do not get to sit under the beam of light from any side.
• According to Vaastu the waiting room must only be built in the North-eastern or the North-western direction of the building.
• One should only choose a bright and pleasing colour for the building as that ensures that there isn’t any gloominess or sadness in the office.
• One should choose to hang only the pictures which are attractive and showcasing any constructive thing and any destructive pictures must be avoided.
While building the office one should take care of the following points taking care of the Vastu of the office. A thorough analysis of the building area must be done before starting with the construction:
• Location of the building where the office is going to be built.
• Taking care of the exterior of the building including the water level, height, shape and slope.
• The placement and the direction of the entrance of the building.
• Placement and direction of the windows in the office.
• The direction in which the beam falls.
• The placement and direction of the basement of the office building.
• The direction in which the room of the MD has been built.
• The direction in which the employees of different designation are seated.
• The placement and direction of the reception is built.
• The direction in which cooler, AC and the audio system have been placed.
• The direction in which stairs in the office must be placed.
• The direction in which various types of electronic equipments must be placed in the office.
• The direction in which kitchen must be built.
• The direction in which the toilet must be built.
• The direction in which the conference room or the seminar room must be built inside the home.
• The placement and direction of the water sources.
• The colour in which the room must be painted.
