• The entrance should be built in the North or East direction.

• Locker room should be built in the South-west direction while it must open in North.
• Parking must be in the North- West direction.

• Buying a plot near to a moving road will be great for establishment of a business. Shemrukhi plots which are narrow at the end and broad in the front are best for establishing any type of business.
• The building of the office should be built such that it faces Northwest, Northeast or North as that can bring enormous amount of positivity and good luck to the organization.
• The reception should be built in the Northeast or Eastern corner of the building.
• Make sure that the center of the office is all empty and it does not look cluttered.
• Boss's room should be built in the Southwest direction and he/she must have the sit such that when he is in sitting position, he faces north. There should not be any idol of God behind the seat of the owner.
• In the behind of the seat of the owner there should only be concrete walls and there should not be any glass structure. Also, the desk he/she uses should be rectangular.
• Staff must be seated such that they will face East or North.
• All and any electrical equipments must be placed in Southeast.
• If you have a manufacturing business then you must make sure that it starts from South, moving towards west and North, reaching to East at the end.
• The direction of the conference room must be northwest.
• It is auspicious to place an aquarium in the northeast, consisting of one blackfish and nine goldfishes.
• Make sure that you do not build any negative structures like toilet in the Northwest as it may cause degradation of the financial health of your business establishment. However putting white horse is considered to bring wealth for that matter.
• The department that deals in accounts should be in the East or North direction and all the employees who deal in finances should be seated such that they are facing North or East.
• All the documents and record books related with finances must be in Southwest or in centre of the North.

Vastu suggests that the Northern part of the business establishment should be painted in Pink or red. This is a very special remedy if you want to more and more orders to come your way. Also, the Southeast of the business establishment should not be painted with green or blue color.
