Applying Vastu does have a number of positive effects on the growth and development.

Directions play a very important role in giving a good direction to the students and also helping teachers in guiding them in better way so that the children could most out of it. Also, the ambience becomes soothing which ensures that there isn't any bad thing happening in the school. Not following Vastu principles for school may result into a number of unwanted results.

We need to look thoroughly into different aspects of Vastu of school. Here are the things that you will need to take care of…..

Here are some tips that you must not forget to apply while building a school:

• The entrance of the school must be in the Northeast or the East direction.
• There should be enough space left in the Northeast and in the Eastern direction while construction must be done in West, South or in the Southwest direction.
• The entrance of the classroom should be in the East direction while the blackboard should be built in the Western direction.
• Teacher's desk must be placed at a height from the level of the classroom ground.
• The classroom should be constructed carefully so that there isn't any scope for any student sitting under the beam.
• The staff room should only be built in the Northwest direction.
• The direction of toilet should also be in the Northeast direction.
• Canteen or the pantry should only be in the Southeast direction.
• The principal's office should be built such that it faces the North and it should probably be built in the Southeast direction.
• The conference or the meeting room should be built such that it is situated in the North direction with its door in the East.
• It is the Eastern corner of the school that should occupy the playground.

The cashier room or the accountant room should only be built in the Northern or the Eastern side.
